Your shipping times and receipt of products will vary upon several factors including: the distance between Your shipping address and Our location, the carrier service, and may(in some cases) be delayed by customs. We manufacture all of the products sold on Our website and, therefore, delivery times may be affected by stock levels. Please allow up to 20 business days for creating the final product.
We are located in GERMANY, if you are located outside of Germany and Europe, please take in to consideration that shipping and customs can take a lot of time, about 5-10 days on average.
Please consider that busy shipping times (e.g christmas) may result in longer shipping times.
If Your goods should arrive in a damaged condition or You find a shortage, then please contact us immediately for claim service. Claims must be submitted within fourteen days of receipt of Your order.
