Who is Crunchycurl?

Crunchycurl is small company from Germany, founded in February of 2018. It started with a personal interest in harnesses and from there we became inflamed with a passion to create more high quality harnesses for everyone!

When will my order be shipped?

We make all of the products sold on our website made-to-order, therefore, delivery times may be affected by stock levels or complexity of the order. Normally everything is finished and shipped within a few days after placing your order, but please allow up to 20 business days for making the final product.

How fast will my order arrive after being shipped?

I'm not quite sure how i measure correctly. Can you help?

Are your harnesses cleanable?

They are! You should always clean by hand. Carefully clean the harness parts with a wet cloth or towel. After you're done, dry everything with a towel, especially the metal parts and let it air dry. DO NOT use heat, this can damage the product.

Your product options don't fit me. Can you still make the harness i want?

You can add your measurements (chest and waist circumference) in the "Comment" section during checkout and we can work with that! For a more custom design change you have to send us a more detailed Email. Check out our Custom Harness section and send us your idea for that.

I have accidentally made a mistake in my order. Can i still change it?

Of course! Just send us a quick Email at contact@crunchycurl.com with your order number and the changes you want. The only time we might refuse changes is when the order is finished or shipped already. 

My order arrived, but something is wrong/damaged/missing.

If the fault is on our site, we will do our best to send you the correct products as soon as possible! Contact us with your order number at contact@crunchycurl.com

My order arrived, but i don't want it anymore. Can i return it?

Since everything is made-to-order, all sales are final and non-refundable except in the instance of a defect from our side.
