The harnesses have a big adjustment range to fit most types of bodies, measure yourself to find out which size fits you best. The crotch strap has a ~5/6/7cm (2/2,4/2,8'') ring right at the place of the male genitals. It can also be used with a toy with a base as a 'Strap-On Harness'. It can be adjusted to fit perfectly in place.
