Shipping and FAQ

1. What are your products made of?

2. How much is shipping and how long does it take to arrive?


For Germany/Europe it takes about 1 week or less to arrive after shipping, for the US/Canada/Rest of the world it takes 15 days on average, but in some more rare cases it can also take up to 30 days to clear customs and arrive.

3. What are your payment option?

Currently we only accept Paypal. You can also pay with a credit card if it is connected with Paypal.

4. I'm not quite sure how i measure correctly. Can you help?

5. Are your harmesses cleanable?

Yes, you should always clean by hand. After you're done, dry everything with a towel, especially the metal parts and let it air dry. DON'T use heat, this can damage the product.

6. Your product options don't fit me. Can you still make the harness i want?

Almost everything should be possible for us. Check out our Custom Harness section and send us your wishes and we will check if we can do it.

7. I have accidentally made a mistake in my order. Can i still change it?

We will allow you to contact us to correct your order for the first 24 hours after your order was placed. We might accept changes even after the first 24 hours, but we reserve the right to refuse to make the change once the product is worked on.

8. My order arrived, but something is wrong/damaged/missing.

If the fault is on our site, we will try to give you the correct product asap. Use our Contact Form to reach us.

9. I got my product, but i don't want it anymore.

All sales are final and non-refundable except in the instance of a manufacturer's defect.
