0. My tracking-link doesn't work, what can i do?

You can put the tracking number in manually here:

Europe/Canada/USA/Rest of the World

Once the package has cleared customs in your country it will also be trackable with the main courier in your country (e.g. USPS)

1. How much is shipping and how long does it take to arrive?

Because of the ongoing Covid situation worldwide and the upcoming Holidays season, some (heavy) delays on shipping times should be expected at the moment. Here is what you can expect for your region:

COVID-19 does NOT affect our production, only our shipping process.

Germany and Europe are not affected by shipping restrictions, there might be very slight delays in delivering times though.(a few days)

For North America and the rest of the world:  For international shipping there still might be some bigger delays (1-4+ weeks on top of the normal shipping time) depending on the situation in your country and where you live. Please be patient if you have to wait a bit longer for your order. It isn't unusual that a package takes a month or longer to arrive in your country. The tracking doesn't update until it has arrived and cleared customs, so don't worry if that takes a bit longer too.

Here is the official statement from our courier for intercontinential (USA and most other non-EU countries) packages:

"At this time, transport capacities to the US are considerably reduced. In light of this, special measures are required in order to maintain mail and parcel service. Please note that effective September 15, 2020, we will ship some products to the US via ocean freight until further notice. As a result, very lengthy transit times of at least 25 to 30 days should be expected. For destinations in the western United States or in remote regions, the transit time may be considerably longer."

IF, in the very rare case that didn't happen to us yet, that the package doesn't arrive and seems to be lost after 12 weeks in transit, we will make sure to send you a replacement.

We manufacture all of the products sold on Our website and, therefore, delivery times may be affected by stock levels. Usually it takes about 1 week for a product to be made and shipped, but please allow up to 20 business days for creating the final product.

We are located in GERMANY, if you are located outside of Germany and Europe, please take in to consideration that shipping and customs can take a lot of time, about 15 days on average, in rare cases even up to 30 days or more to arrive.

In those very rare cases, please be patient and allow the postal services up to 8 weeks after shipment before taking any further steps.

Please consider that busy shipping times (e.g christmas) may result in longer shipping times heavily.

 

2. What are your products made of?

3. What are your payment option?

Currently we only accept Paypal. You can also pay with a credit card if it is connected with Paypal.

4. I'm not quite sure how i measure correctly. Can you help?

We have a detailed presentation for all necessary measurement HERE.

5. Are your harnesses cleanable?

Yes. You should always clean by hand. After you're done, dry everything with a towel, especially the metal parts and let it air dry. DON'T use heat, this can damage the product.

6. Your product options don't fit me. Can you still make the harness i want?

Almost everything should be possible for us. Check out our Custom Harness section and send us your wishes and we will check if we can do it.

7. I have accidentally made a mistake in my order. Can i still change it?

We will allow you to contact us to correct your order for the first 24 hours after your order was placed. We might accept changes even after the first 24 hours, but we reserve the right to refuse to make the change once the product is worked on.

8. My order arrived, but something is wrong/damaged/missing.

If the fault is on our site, we will try to give you the correct product asap. Use our Contact Form to reach us.

9. I got my product, but i don't want it anymore.

All sales are final and non-refundable except in the instance of a manufacturer's defect.
