TERMS OF SERVICE

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR WEBSITE, CONTACTING US, OR PLACING AN ORDER.

1. Terms

By accessing this website you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time and without any prior notice.

2. Purchasing

You must be at least eighteen years old to purchase products from Us.
By ordering from Us you agree to pay the price published on Our website and the shipping and handling costs required for safe and confirmed delivery. However, in the event Our published price is in error, we will inform you of the error as soon as we discover it and furnish you with the correct price, asking You if You still wish to proceed with Your order with Us. If You do not confirm the updated order with Us within 7 days, then we will presume that You did not wish to continue with your order with Us and We will issue you a prompt full refund.

3. Completion time

All of the products sold on Our website are custom made after receiving the order. While on average it just takes Us a few days to complete each order, please allow up to 20 business days for creating the final product. For orders placed during a sidewide sale (e.g. Black Friday Sale), please allow up to 40 business days for creating the final product. If you need the product quickly for a specific date, you can ask for it by email or directly in the order comments section during the checkout process and we will do our best to meet your expectation. This is not a guarantee. 

Completion times may be affected by the amount of product complexity of the order or stock levels of the materials. The work shop might be closed temporarily at anytime without further notice with undisclosed reasons. It will also not be disclosed on the website if this period is less than 10 business days. This does not affect the maximal completion time of 20 business days, but it affects for example very small orders or ready-to-ship orders of 'Premade' products.

4. Shipping & Custom Duties

It is Your responsibility to provide Us with an accurate address and other related information required for delivery, confirmation, and communication. You alone assume the risk of any losses, consequential or otherwise arising therefrom. 

If Your goods should arrive in a damaged condition or You find a shortage, then please contact Us immediately for claim service. Claims must be submitted within fourteen days of receipt of Your order.

Shipping times:

Your shipping times and receipt of products will vary upon several factors including: the distance between Your shipping address and Our location, the carrier service, and may (in some cases) be delayed by customs or postal strikes. We reserve the right to refuse to ship to any address, for any reasons, in which case You will receive a full refund. 

We are located in GERMANY, if you are located outside of Germany or the EU, please take in to consideration that shipping and customs can take a lot of time, about 5-15 days on average. Please consider that busy shipping times (e.g christmas), postal strikes or other circumstances may result in much longer shipping times.

Big delays & lost packages:

In the extremely rare case of a lost package, and after all attempts to locate it, we will send you a replacement of Your lost order. 
To declare a package as indefinitely lost, We reserve the right to wait up to three months after the last known package scan before sending a replacement. This is because of Our previous experiences of cases where the package took a long time, but wasn't lost in the end and was eventually delivered.

Eventual delays are busy shipping times (e.g. before and after christmas) and customs back log of packages (~2-4 weeks), postal strikes and back log of packages (~2-8 weeks) or sea travel packages outside of EU and North America (~4-10 weeks). Feel free to contact Us at any time if You think Your package might be lost. To put Your mind at ease a bit: Of thousands of orders, a package loss during the shipping process happened less than once a year on average.

In case of the package being marked as delivered, but is not there afterwards: Please make sure to ask any housemates or neighbours first, in case they received Your package. Please contact us if your package is not found and we will try to find a solution.

Custom Duties:

Please consider that there might be tariff and custom duties for any orders placed outside the EU. The customer is fully responsible for paying these fees of the goods purchased. The shipping carrier often handles the import steps, delivers the package and then sends an invoice by physical mail for the import fees afterwards. In other cases the fees might need to be paid before the delivery, depending on country and shipping carrier.

5. Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse sales or service for any reason at any time. However, such refusal will not be based on religion, race, or other inappropriate reason.

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable except in the instance of a manufacturer's defect. Please notify us immediately and return the goods in unused and clean condition. It is your responsibility to examine all products upon receipt for damage or defect before using it.

6. Changing Your Order

Always double check if Your order is correct or not. If you made a mistake in Your purchase We will allow You to contact Us to correct Your order for the first 24 hours after Your order was placed. We might accept changes even after the first 24 hours, but we reserve the right to refuse to make the change once the product is worked on.

7. Privacy Policy

We are committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of visitors to our website as well as the privacy of Our customers who buy from Us. For visitors, we've structured our website so that, in general, you can visit us on the web without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. For customers, once you choose to provide Us with any personally identifiable information (any information by which you can be identified), it will only be used to support your customer relationship with Us.
